The SAGA Trust Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will replace it, or exchange it for another product of equal value, or refund you, subject to the below terms.

This Returns Policy forms part of The SAGA Trust Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

We are entitled to inspect any returned products to validate your return.

You can return an unwanted product to us, provided:

it is undamaged,
it has not been used,

you email saga@saga.org.za within 30 days of receipt of the product to advise that you are returning your unwanted product. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.

Your product should be returned in appropriate packaging:

By courier to: The SAGA Trust, Tandjo Centre, 4 Joseph Avenue, Glen Anil 4051 or,

By post to: The SAGA Trust, PO Box 35203, Northway, 4065

Once we have received and inspected the product, and validated your return, we will liaise with you to organise a replacement or exchange or refund, within 10 days of receipt of the return.

Replacements and exchanges can only be provided if stock is available.

If we accidentally sent you the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing the details to saga@saga.org.za and we will make the necessary arrangements with you for the return the incorrect product. 

Once we have received and inspected the product and validated your return, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or arrange to send you another product of equal value that we have in stock; or refund you the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return.

Should a product be damaged at the time of receipt, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing the details to saga@saga.org.za and we will make the necessary arrangements with you for the return the damaged product.

Once we have received and inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible (if we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement); or we will exchange the product for another item of equal value that we have in stock; or we will refund you the purchase price of the product.

Under no circumstances will donations made on our Website be refunded.

Please note that we only refund by EFT.
